Mobile care and assistance for people with impairments
What is the Mobile Care and Assistance?
Mobile care and assistance is a support for people with impairments who live at home with their family or in an apartment or shared apartment.
The goal of Mobile Care and Assistance is to support People with impairments, so that they can live independently at home.
Caritas employees visit you at home and support you whenever you need help.
For example:
- in personal hygiene: washing, dressing, eating, drinking
- in the household: cooking, washing clothes, cleaning, ironing
- in everyday tasks: shopping
- in leisure activities
Caritas employees accompany you
- to the doctor
- to the hospital
- during excursions.
Who is Mobile Care and Assistance for?
Mobile Care and Help is for children, adolescents and young adults with impairments who live in the districts of Linz, Linz-Land or Grieskirchen.
Mobile care and assistance is available for
- 75 hours per month
- from Monday to Saturday
- from 6 o'clock in the morning until 10 o'clock in the evening.
On Sundays, public holidays and at night there is no mobile care and assistance.
